Kershaw Knives Barstow BlackWash SpeedSafe Flipper 3960

The 3960 Barstow is a dagger-like SpeedSafe assisted opening Flipper from Kershaw Knives featuring a single edge, spear point blade. The handle has a traditional shape with a modern looking texture Glass-filled Nylon handle and open back construction.

The Blade: The Barstow delivers just under 3″ inches of piercing, slicing power. The long false edge provides a fine tip while the hollow grind enhances slicing performance. The flipper tab acts as one half of a dual guard both of which have anodized blue accent barrels. The BlackWash finish gives an excellent combination of non-reflective and wear hiding qualities.

The Handle: The Glass-filled Nylon handles are textured for a secure grip and attached via Torx hardware to sturdy stainless steel liners. The liners have matching BlackWash finish one of which forms the liner lock mechanism. The liners are joined in an open back construction by three blue anodized barrel spacers for a subtle color accent. The knife carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry clip.
