The Zero Tolerance 0350 is a smaller, more carry friendly version of the 0300 series designed by custom maker Ken Onion. It retains trademark design elements like the robust construction and wide recurve blade profile, swapping out the frame lock with thick steel liners supporting low-profile black G10 scales. This version comes with a black coated S30V blade and milled “black cherry” layered G10 front scale (includes original factory front scale).

Blade:Ā Made from CPM-S30V the wide, near full flat ground, drop point recurve is ready for heavy use and comes equipped with a durable, non-reflective black ceramic coating for discreet use. Deployment is fast and decisive thanks to SpeedSafe assist, deploying via the index flipper or thumb stud stop pins. A subtle scoop on the spine facilitates thumb pressure for powerful cuts or control in fine work.
Handle:Ā Two thick stainless-steel liners form the foundation of this tactical EDC. Sweeping, ergonomic lines pair with strategic jimping and textured G10 scales for a secure and comfortable grip in hand. The factory front scale (included) has been replaced by a contoured and milled red and black G10 scale for enhanced comfort and traction. The steel liner lock is rock solid and secure with smooth, reliable operation.
Carries via a 4-positionĀ stainless steel pocket clip.
CPM-S30V:Ā A PM stainless steel developed specifically for use in knife blades, S30V has good wear resistance (edge retention) and corrosion resistance, better than 440C or 420HC. The powdered process refines the grain, improving performance for a balanced blade steel. Toughness is comparable to other PM stainless steels.
